The Huntsman Games is a rare opportunity to gorge yourself with competitive basketball. Most senior tournaments offer 3 x 3 basketball. Some have a skills competition. And a rare few provide the traditional 5 x 5 game. We offer all of them:

  • Women's 3 x 3 (half court)
  • Men's 3 x 3 (half court)
  • Men's 5 x 5 (full court)
  • Basketball Shoot (skills competition) Men & Women

All four of our programs have become nationally known for their excellence and outstanding competition. Come show us what you've got in free throw, hot shot and three-point shooting. And how about the fast moving 3 x 3 game? Can you shoot it and bang it? Then 3 x 3 is for you. Oh, you can still run the floor? Then let's do some good old 5 x 5 basketball! Just come and indulge yourself on all the basketball you'll want.

3 x 3 Men's Basketball
- Don't think because it is played on a smaller court that 3 x 3 basketball is for sissies. If you can't shoot and pass the ball or muscle yourself around, this game will eat you up! But if you have 3 or 4 tough guys, then this is your sport.

This game is great! Smaller courts, players and fans closer to the action, multiple whistles blowing, the sound of basketballs bouncing together, but not in rhythm, the screaming of gym shoes, the yells of players, coaches and fans all make it like watching four games at once on TV with new batteries in your remote.

Our tournament offers a 5 game minimum. The tournament format depends on the number of teams and divisions within your age bracket. This is one of the premier tournaments in the country. 3 x 3 Women's Basketball
- Just because they are ladies, don't think they are soft! No sir! Sissies get scuffed up here! If it's good competition you want - sign up immediately - some of the best teams in the country come to these Games. But competitive basketball is not all you get with women's basketball. You also get new friends and a lot of camaraderie.

Play 3 x 3 women's basketball at the Huntsman World Senior Games and you may also get a built in cheering section. At various times during the day, students appear in the stands, cheering and watching in amazement. It's the camaraderie and competition that amazes them - as it probably will you as well.

Also, don't forget - you can use this tournament as a qualifier for the National Senior Games in even numbered years.

5 x 5 Men's Basketball
- The full court game is still the favorite of the purists. But where do you find it? Right here!!! Our Games are one of the few places offering 5 x 5 basketball for seniors. Don't miss this opportunity to run the floor and play the way the game was designed. Our 5 x 5 often has an international flavor, as well as some of the best players around. Where warranted we have two skill levels of competition.

Basketball Shoot
- All right - All right!! Here's your chance to show your shooting skills. We don't have a slam dunk contest (most of us don't get that high any more), but we do have three ways to test you - free throws, three-point and hot shots.
