Based on athlete feedback, the Huntsman World Senior Games Cycling Time Trial has been updated. Those affected by the change will be the Division II Women cyclists who will now all race a 20K Time Trial regardless of age.
"I've visited with a number of cyclist over the past several weeks, "said Merrill Barney, Games Director of Sports, "and I feel this distance better represents the desire of the athletes."
"We have always tried to be responsive to what the athletes want. And I believe this change reflects that responsiveness," said Kyle M Case, Games CEO.
