$18 Per Person - Includes both Session A (3 days) and Session B (2 days)

REGISTRATION RULES
• If you need a partner, check PartnerFinder on our website for a listing, by sport, of individuals looking for partners.
• Players may play in Session A, Session B or both.

FORMAT / RULES
• Tournament is ACBL approved.
• ACBL rules will govern play.
• You do not need to be an ACBL member to participate unless you wish to receive Silver Masterpoints.
• ACBL memberships will be available for purchase at the on-site check-in desk at a cost of $26 for a first time, one-year membership and $35 for a one-year renewal.
• Format is Duplicate Bridge.
• There will be a Certified Tournament Director.
• All play is non-smoking, with breaks.
• Country Club dress code applies – No tank-tops, short-shorts, etc.
• Participants will be divided into divisions according to age. 
• Partners’ ages will be averaged to determine age division.
• Session A will consist of one (1) two-session open pair event (Wednesday-AM & Thursday-AM) and one (1) Swiss Team event (Friday).   
• Session B will be one (1) two-session open pair event (Wednesday-PM & Thursday-PM). 
• If a participant cannot attend an event due to conflict with another sport, he/she must contact the Director by 8:00 am for Session A events and by Noon for Session B events.  A substitute will be found for that event and the participant may return for subsequent events.  Failure to notify the Director by the appropriate time will result in a permanent substitute replacing the participant for all remaining events with all awards going to the substitute. 
• Participants must present their HWSG ID Badge at the venue check-in desk no later than 30 minutes prior to the beginning of each session. 

MEDALS
• Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be awarded for the highest 2-day cummulative scores for Session A (AM), the highest 2-day cummulative scores for Session B (PM) and the highest Swiss Team scores in each age division. 
• Overall medals will be awarded for the highest cummulative scores of all three events (combined) for each age division.
• Medals will be awarded at the end of each event.
